This is not another typical carbonara… A new variant of rich and creamy fusion of IRVINS’s signature
salted egg and classic carbonara, delivering layers of smokey-meaty notes, umami depth, and a hint of
aromatic herbs. The flavour is nicely clinched on NISSIN’s premium smooth and chewy flat noodles,
complemented by our first-ever fish-based ham garnish and the iconic egg crumbs toppings.

What’s more? An included chilli powder sachet that acts like a condiment for you to customise your bowl
