1. Introduction

  1. 1.1This Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon all individuals who participate in “MYOJO X SG60 Golden Ticket” campaign (the “Campaign”), including, in the case of a minor, their parent or legal guardian (collectively referred to as “Participants”, “Participant”, “You”, “you”, or “your”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, or publicity materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. For avoidance of doubt, “Organizer” refers to “NISSIN FOODS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.”.
  2. 1.2The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time, including changes to the Campaign Period, prizes, or the Campaign itself, without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the Campaign following any such amendments, Participants are deemed to accept the revised Terms, which shall be final and binding on all Participants.
  3. 1.3The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to the selection of winners and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding on you, and no correspondence, objection or appeals will be entertained.

2. Participation

  1. 2.1The details regarding how to participate in the Campaign and winning criteria are set out in Annex A (“How to Participate”). For the purposes of this Campaign, the “Golden Ticket” shall collectively constitute the “Proof of Winning”.
  2. 2.2All costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to telecommunications, data usage, Short Messaging Services (SMS), postage, and any other charges or out-of-pocket expenses, shall be borne solely by the Participant.
  3. 2.3The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage to any Proof of Winning submitted in connection with the Campaign. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to properly secure and retain the “Proof of Winning” from the time of receipt until successful prize redemption.

3. Eligibility

  1. 3.1Individuals below the age of eighteen (18) may participate in the Campaign only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Organiser reserves the right to request the valid identification and/or proof of consent from Participants for verification purposes at any stage of the Campaign.
  2. 3.2Participants must be legal residents of Singapore with a valid Singapore mailing address and identification document. Prizes will only be delivered within Singapore.
  3. 3.3Participation in the Campaign constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

4. Disqualification

  1. 4.1The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Campaign at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where the Participant:
    1. (a)has undermined, or attempted to undermine, the operation of the Campaign through fraud, cheating, deception, or any other unfair or unlawful conduct;
    2. (b)is found to be ineligible or is unable to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility upon request by the Organiser for verification purposes;
    3. (c)violates these Terms and Conditions;
    4. (d)provides false or misleading information; or
    5. (e)engages in any conduct that may harm the reputation of the Organizer or compromise the integrity of the Campaign.
  2. 4.2In the event that disqualification occurs after a Prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand the return of the Prize or reimbursement of its equivalent value from the disqualified Participant.
  3. 4.3Any prize redemption attempts received after the Redemption Period will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

5. Prizes

  1. 5.1The details of the prizes (collectively, the “Prizes” or individually, a “Prize”) available to be won in this Campaign are specified in Annex A.
  2. 5.2All Prizes are awarded strictly on an “as-is” basis and are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products or services, unless otherwise expressly specified by the Organizer. No substitution or replacement of a Prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
  3. 5.3The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or forfeit any Prize, in whole or in part thereof from any Participant who fails to satisfy any of the stipulated requirements for Prize redemption in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. 5.4Any costs and expenses incurred in connection with the acceptance, collection, or use of a Prize that are not expressly stated in Annex A shall be borne solely by the recipients of the Prize (the “Winner”).
  5. 5.5All Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective sponsors, issuers, and/or third-party providers, where applicable:
    • (a)Travel, Holiday or Event Prizes
      • i.The Prize must be redeemed and used in accordance with the dates, venues, and/or destinations specified by the Organiser, its agents, sponsors, or third-party providers, wherever applicable. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all ancillary expenses not expressly stated in Annex A, including but not limited to additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid travel documents (e.g., passports and visas), transportation to and from the point of departure, additional transfers, insurance, and all other incidental or personal costs.
      • ii.The Organiser shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or changes to travel or event arrangements due to weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such instances, the Organiser shall have no obligation to provide a substitute prize or offer any form of compensation.
    • (b)Mystery Prizes

      The Mystery Prize is subject to strict confidentiality. The nature, identity, and any related details of the Mystery Prize shall be kept confidential by the Winner and any subsequent recipient of the Prize, whether directly or indirectly, and shall not be disclosed, published, or otherwise communicated publicly in any form, including but not limited to social media, press, or personal communication.

  6. 5.6The Organiser makes no warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. All risks associated with the acceptance and/or use of any Prize shall be borne solely by the Winner.
  7. 5.7Prizes must be claimed in person at the designated collection venue, unless otherwise prescribed in writing by the Organiser.
  8. 5.8All Prizes shall be awarded and fulfilled only within Singapore.
  9. 5.9Prizes that are not claimed within the redemption period specified by the Organizer shall be deemed forfeited, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Prizes in any manner it deems appropriate, including selecting an alternative Winner or withholding the Prize altogether.
  10. 5.10In the event any Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value. Such substitution shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal or further correspondence.

6. Publicity Content

  1. 6.1By accepting a Prize, the Winner may be required to participate in photo-taking sessions, interviews, or other public relations activities organized by or on behalf of the Organiser in connection with the Campaign.
  2. 6.2Acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Winner’s consent for the Organiser to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and/or distribute any entry submitted by a Participant in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to photographs, other materials or content submitted, along with the Participant’s name and/or likeness, for the purposes of editorial, advertising, promotional, and marketing activities, in any form, platform and media format (including digital, social and print), globally and for an unlimited duration, without further compensation, approval or notice, unless prohibited by law.

7. Liability

  1. 7.1In no event shall the Organiser, its agents, sponsors, or representatives be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your participation in the Campaign, acceptance or use of a Prize, or involvement in any Prize-related activities. By entering the Campaign, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Organiser, its agents, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands in connection therewith.
  2. 7.2The Participants shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organiser against any losses, damages, actions, proceedings, costs, claims, demands, and/or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s breach of any confidentiality obligations or any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information related to the Campaign or the Organizer.
  3. 7.3The Organizer shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures (including but not limited to network, server, or software errors) or for any issues arising from third-party platforms used in connection with the Campaign. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. General

  1. 8.1Any trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphic symbols, logos, or other intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the Campaign, particularly those relating to the Prize, are the property of their respective owners. The Organizer and its affiliates are not related to, endorsed by, or sponsored by such owners and their respective affiliates, unless otherwise stated. Such owners are not part of the Organizer’s group of companies.
  2. 8.2A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) or any amendment or reenactment thereto, by virtue of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. 8.3Each of the provisions contained in the Terms & Conditions shall be construed as severable and independent of every other such provision, so that if any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall be determined by any court or competent authority to be illegal, invalid and/or unenforceable then such determination shall not affect any other provision of the Terms & Conditions, all of which other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  4. 8.4The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  5. 8.5These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the Participants with respect to the Campaign and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, regarding such subject matter.

9. Privacy Policy

  1. 9.1By participating in the Campaign, the Participant expressly consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their Personal Data by the Organiser, for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying eligibility, awarding Prizes, and any other purposes stated in the Organizer’s Privacy as outlined in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.nissinfoods.com.sg/en_sg/privacy/.
  2. 9.2The Participant acknowledges that their personal data may be disclosed to the Organizer’s affiliates, service providers, or partners solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and delivering the Prizes. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable laws.

Annex A

This Annex forms an integral part of and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions stated above.

Campaign MYOJO SG60 Golden Ticket
Campaign Period 1st July 2025 to 31st October 2025, consisting of the following phases:

Golden Ticket Distribution Period: From 1st July 2025 to 31st August 2025 – Golden Tickets will be available inside Participating Product packets during this time only.

Prize Redemption Period: From 1st July 2025 to 31st October 2025 – Participants who find a Golden Ticket may redeem their prize within this period subject to the conditions outlined in the ‘How to Redeem’ section below.

How to Participate

To participate in the Campaign,

  1. (1)purchase any of the Participating Products available at authorized retailers or stores during the Campaign Period.
  2. (2)Upon opening the bundle pack (also referred to as the “outer pack”), check the middle-position individual packet inside the bundle (typically the packet located at the centre of the pack).
    • If a Golden Ticket is found attached to the outer surface of this middle individual packet, you are an instant winner.
    • Note: The Golden Ticket will be clearly labelled and affixed to the exterior of the individual packet itself.
  3. (3)DO NOT detach, tear off or cut out the Golden Ticket. Keep and bring the entire individual packet with the Golden Ticket to redeem the corresponding prize, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Prize redemption is available only in the manner specified in the “How to Redeem”.

Proof of Wining

The Golden Ticket, which constitutes the Proof of Winning, must be presented in its original, unaltered form as it remains intact and attached to the outer packaging of the original individual product packet.

In the event that the Golden Ticket is torn off, cut out, separated, or otherwise presented in a form differing from its original condition, the Organiser reserves the right to reject the redemption request or withhold prize redemption pending further verification. The Organiser’s decision on the validity of any Proof of Winning shall be final and binding.

How to Redeem

To redeem, DO NOT tear off or cut out the Golden Ticket. Keep the Golden Ticket as it is on the individual packet, then follow the steps below so for the prize and redemption details.

Step 1: Contact Us to Schedule Redemption
You must both Call and SMS to 8415 8826 in this format to schedule for the redemption:

Remarks:

  1. 1.If your call does not go through, the Organizer or its appointed agency will return your call as soon as possible.
  2. 2.The SMS is required for verification purposes.

Step 2: Present the Original Packet with the Golden Ticket
Bring the original packet with the Golden Ticket during the scheduled redemption to the designated redemption venue on your scheduled date. The redemption venue will be confirmed during your call with the Organizer or its appointed agency, as it may vary depending on the type of Prize.

You may be required to complete a redemption form at the redemption venue.

Important:
Participants who fail to bring the original packet with the Golden Ticket will not be eligible for redemption. No photocopies, detached tickets, or tampered packaging will be accepted.

Redemption Guidelines
  1. a.Each Golden Ticket is unique and individually identifiable. Each Golden Ticket can only be used once for redemption. Any attempt to redeem a previously submitted or duplicated Golden Ticket will be deemed invalid and may result in immediate disqualification.
  2. b.The holder of a valid Golden Ticket is entitled to redeem the designated Prize. There is no limit to the number of Prizes a Participant may redeem, provided that each redemption is supported by a separate, valid and original Golden Ticket.
  3. c.A valid Golden Ticket must be presented in its original form to be eligible for prize redemption. Photocopies, digital reproductions, or any other forms of copies will not be accepted.
  4. d.Original Golden Tickets will be collected and retained by the Organizer and/or its appointed agency at the time of redemption. These Tickets will not be returned to the Participant once submitted.
  5. e.Prize redemption is available only within Singapore, at the locations and within the timeframes specified by the Organizer. Redemptions made outside of Singapore or after the Redemption Period will not be honoured.
Participating Product

“Participating Products” refer to the specific bag-type under the MYOJO brand that are eligible for this Campaign. These products may contain a Golden Ticket inside the packaging only during the Campaign Period. The Participating Products in this Campaign are exclusively available for purchase at authorized retailers and stores in Singapore as determined by the Organizer. The full list of Participating Products is as follows:

Redemption Period

All prize redemptions must be completed between 1st July 2025 and 31st October 2025 (“Redemption Period”), unless otherwise specified below:

  • The Mystery Prize (Prize serial no. 34) and the Wildlife Reserve Annual Membership (Prize serial no. 41-50) which has to be collected on or before 30th September 2025. Redemption requests for these specific Prizes after 30th September 2025 will not be accepted, regardless of reason.

Any redemption attempt made after the applicable redemption period for each Prize will be considered invalid and will be automatically rejected, with no exceptions or extensions.

Additional Terms
  1. a.The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  2. b.The Organizer reserves the right to extend or adjust the redemption timeline stated in this Terms and Condition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control. The Organizer may also reserve the right to amend or change the method of redemption at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  3. c.Any Prize that remains unclaimed after the applicable Redemption Period shall be forfeited without further notice, and the Organizer shall have no further obligation to the Participant. No compensation or alternative arrangement will be provided for unredeemed or forfeited Prizes.
