Made with 100% Hokkaido Wheat Flour. Silky smooth and chewy noodles with a tinge of sweetness. Made using specially introduced manufacturing expertise of making frozen udon from Japan. The udon noodles are cooked al dente then rinsed in cold water before being quickly frozen using the quick-freezing technology resulting in silky smooth and chewy udon noodles that exudes a sweet wheat aroma. With great tasting flavour and texture no matter served hot or cold, it’s the perfect choice of udon for hot-pot sessions.
