A rich tonkotsu flavour soup with a touch of fresh yuzu pepper goes well with non-fried & straight noodles. Inspired by the popular specialty of Kyushu-Oita Japan.

Flavour enhancers (621, 635), non dairy creamer [glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated palm oil, milk protein, acidity regulator (340), emulsifier (471), anticaking agent (551)], white sugar, yeast extracts, salt, soya sauce powder (soya beans, wheat, salt), flavour and flavouring (Fish), onion powder, garlic powder, chinese cabbage powder, spices, maltodextrin, thickener (466), anticaking agent (551).
Seasoning Sauce
Palm oil, yuzu pepper sauce (2.2%) [green chilli puree (green chilli (0.7%), salt), yuzu peel (0.6%), edible alcohol, rice koji, salt, thickener (415, 412), spices], water, flavour and flavouring (kelp), salt, miso paste (water, soya beans, rice, salt), hon mirin (rice, koji, edible alcohol, sugars), acidity regulator (330).
